Gibraltar - long term berths

Does anyone know if it is possible to get a long term (10-12m, annual contract) berth in one of the marinas in Gibraltar? I tried emailing them but got no reply so I suspect the answer might be no.

There are stacks of vacant berths at La Linea just across the frontier and much cheaper.

Am in Gib at the moment sourcing marina prices for next year:

Marina Bay up to 12m summer rate is £15.00 per day
Electricity 15p per KWH
Water 1p per litre

Queensway Quay Marina up to 12m is £13.90 per day
Electricitry 15p per KWH
Water 1p per litre


The new ( and empty) marina across from Gib in La Linea
Up to 12m summer rate is 14.00 Euros per day
electricity 0.35 euros per Kw
water 0.15 eoros per m3
above prices add 18% VAT


annual fees are subject to discount.

Hopefully Davids pricelist shows its not that much cheaper over the boarder, been a bit of a myth!!

There are a number of berths available for sure in Marina Bay. You will get one for sure if you ring them!
