'fraid my german stops at weissbier. My brother is trying to work out the wiring on his battery management system and has found the following:

1,Sicherung ladestron
2, Ausgleichs ladung
3, Ladekorolle

lade (I think) means load/charge but I'd prefer to be sure rather than just guess! Any help appreciated..

The laugh-a-minute that is the Google translation tool came up with this lot:

1 Sicherung ladestron: Safety device
2 Ausgleichs ladung: Reconciliation charge
3 Ladekorolle: no such word, apparently...something to do with 'arch corrollary' my mum thinks...

Have fun and don't burn your fingers.

Re:twa***@@@ddlle***

Ladestrom means charging current
Sicherung is fuse
“Sicherungs Ladestrom” might also say charging current for a sort of back up or covering.
“laden” means to charge and “Ladekontrolle” is some kind of a control of the charging process.
“Ausgleich” finally is balance or adjustment or settlement or equation, but here it is probably a technical term and I have no clue what “Ausgleichsladung” means.
You shouldn’t buy this German crap...

1. Fuse for charge current
2. Equalization Phase/Charge
3. Correctly spelled probably "Ladekontrolle" usually refers to charge control lamp.

Vorsprung durch tecnic

I once worked for a retail chain, and one day an Audi crashed into the window of the Streatham branch. The local paper ran a picture with the headline 'Vorsprung durch tecnic' which was the tagline used in the Audi ad campaign at the time

Largely as Harald says, with a minutely different take.

1. Sicherung Ladestrom > fuse for charging-current
2. Ausgleichsladung > buffered-charging
3. Ladekontrolle > charge- control( just an LED or controlled current)
