Its was certainly readily accessible at Low Water Neaps... the steps extended at least that far.... although the tender hauling was challenging!

Will also second Peter's recommendation.... the food, while not high gastronomic delights, was perfectly OK, and ridiculously cheap.... the beer was excellent, the service very friendly, and the locals seemed genuinely delighted to have visitors....

Read in YM that landlord may have to sell up as rent is going up. Seeing how quiet it was when we were there on a Sat night I am not surprised.

If the pub closes it will be a shame as it is somewhere different to go and not paying a mooring fee covers the cost of the beer!!
