Geonav 11 Flash chart plotter fault codes

Could anybody help please diagnose a problem with our plotter. When switched on and left to find position etc the plotter freezes and displays the fault codes below. I can't find any info on them by google etc.

The correct lat and long appear but chart doesn't want to open up. I have tried the obvious stuff i.e switching on and off, the in built diagnostic program, power feeds and cleaning the chart card.

Anyone know who fixes and tests these, surely not a throw away item, even these days?

Just a wild guess, but I'd suspect a software (firmware) crash. Do the manufacturers offer software updates?

I shall look into that this afternoon.

I only use it when going somewhere new or in poor visibility, so when I flicked it on during some fog on a route I hadn't done before and found that it didn't work, I admit I was a little anxious...

How many times have you heard people say "GPS doesn't break down!" in the paper chart vs plotter debates?!
