Gelcoat paint stain removal

Just bought a boat....I think it has paint or antifoul (blue) staining in the cream grp of the cockpit. I've tried Y10 no good. Any ideas? I think this has been there for at least 5years!

I guess you have tried A/F thinners so try working your way through the cleaners in the kitchen cupboard, avoiding any unsuitable for grp. Maybe one with a little bleach will be effective like Cif Cream with bleach or Flash spray with bleach.
