you are going to need lots of gloves, latex or nitrile. £6 per 100 on ebay. And alot more wet and dry from 360-1200,maybe even 1600-2000 if you can find it !
Absence of beer is an oversight.
Ok I realise you are going to say....well what about the colour match?
I have used this product for years on quite a few different boats and unless you are going to analize in microscopic detail the colour match I find its fine for 99% of repairs...
Make sure that the screw hole or star crazing is well cleaned out and also cut back using a coarse cutting compound the surrounding undamaged area prior to application, never be tempted to apply too much in one go as it will sag, better to have a primary fill then a finish fill on deeper holes and gouges!
(top tip when dremmeling out the star crazing finish each spider leg with a very small diameter hole so as not to allow the crack to ever creep again)
Once sanded through the grit grades a final cut and polish will 99% of the time give a very very proffesional finish! its the polishing which I find important as once you have a good continuous shine your eye will never pick up on the repair, only you will know...well most of the time...!
