Garmin Striker Plus 4 question

Does anyone know if this unit can output 0183 data to an Icom VHF? I've connected it all up but the radio isn't getting the GPS data. Just wondering if it's disabled on this cheap unit.

If it doesn't I'll pop it back in the post to Amazon.

Looking at the user manual STRIKER Plus - STRIKER Plus it mentions sharing user data but not NMEA and the wiring diagram is less than informative. No mention of baud rate setting either. My guess is it’s not NMEA.

Yeah, looks like it's the propriety Garmin protocol. My echomap 45cv has the option to swap protocols. The striker is going back to Amazon.
