Garmin Express and Ordering Chart Updates

I am attempting to order a chart update viat Garmin Express and every time I place an order if comes back with 'Invalid information entered. Please try again' and says the billing address is missing. Has anybody else had this issue and was able to fix it?
 
UPDATE

Been in contact with Garmin, they thought it might be spaces in the billing address but no. They are sending a SD card with the updated chart and I'm a happy skipper.
