Garmin 45 to Furuno 1623

Hi Team, unfortunatly the weather hasn't enabled me to head across the Bight, so it gives me the opportunity to try and fix my new Radar installation. I have connected up my hand held to the radar and are unable to get any GPS info into the Radar. It says no info coming in to the radar. It is connected as the brawing shows. Asked Furuno agent who couldn't understand there own drawing. Also have the problem of the ext buzzer they fitted ( the relay output) won't sound on guard alarm but sounding on turning on and off (awaiting an answer at the moment).
Any help would be appreciated.
