Garmin 3210 AIS and NMEA

1: I have Raymarine ST 5000 Auto Pilot.Is it possible to connect my Garmin 3210 to it..ie get the plotter to input courses to pilot
2: I want to connect an AIS engine (possibly NASA) to Garmin 3210 anyone done this?Is it possible?
