The Exe around the quay area had dropped back a bit by mid-afternoon today, still higher than I've seen it in the last 10 years or so.

Exmouth seems to be mainly unscathed but judging by the colour of the water along the beach on Sunday there must have been a hell of a lot of material washed down with the flood water.

That'll provide a nice bit of nourishment to all that lovely green stuff adorning the underside of those boats still in the water then!

Our water level's dropped quite a lot too - just goes to show just how much did come down the other night last week as Saturday's deluge hardly made an impression here.
