Galley ideas.....?

Another tip - increase your work-top space by reducing the size of the things you put on it! Our bread board is a small chopping board - too small for whole loaf to sit on it flat, but plenty big enough to slice a loaf positioned across it, and to stand the loaf end on. Our veg chopping board is a tiny thing (in a rather jolly colour with great non-slip underneath) sold for slicing lemons, etc., for drinks. Makes for handier storage, too. Once we got these we couldn't understand why we'd never thought of it before.
