Passed this boat while beating down the Orwell on Saturday, does anybody the story behind it or have any more info?

Windward performance seemed a bit disappointing, maybe downwind is it's forte?

The rib which was accompanying them was a blimmin' menace, too busy taking photographs to look out for other boats.

One off, built by Spirit Yachts (for a laugh I think?!) - some years ago.
Been dormant on the South Coast and bought back 'home', fitted out etc and raced for the very first time at the Pin Mill sailing regatta.
5 man trapeeze + 1 helm.
Had a support boat following as all original pictures were of the boat capsized!!!

I was the race officer for the day and after starting the fleet, we decided to potter about in Harwich to see the race ... Fatso the blagger rounded Pye End and so we thought that we had better get back to the finish line (pin Mill #5).

We motored (full pelt) and only just made it back in time....Fatso is fast!
