It was working last night and early this morning but not now (10.22 AM)

Their phone number just goes to a pre recorded message giving their opening hours and directing you towards the web site.

Fasthosts seemed to have a major problem yesterday - all of my sites hosted with them were offline - all ok this morning though

Just spoke to them on the phone (01383 229400) to buy one of their 'specials' But it wasn't in stock and none were on order. The chap I spoke to didn't know their website was off.
