furuno ls4100 fishfinder

as above..anygood?
would be just using it as a depth sounder mainly (prefer f/f to d/s).
any reliabilty prob's with the muilti sensor transducer(525st-msd)?

I had a Furuno Fish Finder/Echo Sounder allready fitted on a boat that I bought. Outstanding. Commercial Quality, not the usual private punter stuff.

purchsed the ls4100,was at a price were it was silly not to.
but it did'nt come with a transducer.which was fine as most f/f come with transom mount one's anyway.
now looking for a 525st-msd tranducer (at the right price!).
anyone got any ideas as to a good source were i might find one

out of curiosity, how much was that?
I'm asking as I found one on sale s/h here in Athens for 300euro and it looks like it doesn't have the transducer either...

OK, second check revealed that I can get it new for 305 in Greece, so forget it...
