As I spend most of my night stops at anchor I try to take every precaution to warn me of posible dragging. i.e. set depth alarm to both shallow and deep, 3 metre either side of anchored depth, and anchor alarm on gps to 0.03nm. However my problem is with the furuno gps31 that when the audio alarm goes off it only bleps once!!! I feel it should continue to bleep until acknowledged. Does anybody know if there is a software fix to correct this or in the newer gps 32 version the alarm continues until acknowledged.
