I have recently had dealings with Burton Waters Boat Sales in Ipswich. Without going into details, the service and help I have received from them in unusual circumstances have been exemplary.

I would not hesitate to use them again should the situation arise.

We bought our boat from Burton Waters, Lincoln and again the service we recieved was excellent. We currently moor there as well and earlier this year had the boat lifted and the leg serviced. Again the service was excellent and following a minor misunderstanding with the replacement of a trim tab the price was lowered and the value for money was second to none.

The one downside we have found is that their parts department are a little slow (to say the least).
