ok our new Nanni 21 runs sweet as a nut for hours on end and then, usually at the worst time possible, abruptly cuts out. We have disassembled, assembled, cleaned and shouted at the fuel filter, lines and valves but still it dies for no apparent reason. We have wondered if gunk is getting in from the tank so are mulling over replacing the fuel tank. However the current tank is glassed into the hull and wont be easily removed. So my question is if we add another tanks and theres plenty of room, will it work as it will be lower down in the hull ie a lower pressure through the pipe. Would an extra fuel pump be required?
