Fuel meter for VP D6

Would like to know if there is fuel consumption figures such as "fuel used per trip" in litres or gallons shown with the VP D6 Multi Functional Display ? Or do I have to buy their optional Trip Computer to get the information ? Many thanks.

you need the trip computer the software is a free down load from volvo penta which needs openning on evc
i was quoted £650 for this on a d4 dont think it will be anymore for d6.

Brim the fuel tank after each trip, that will give you an idea of usage, do this a few times then you can work out an average, cheaper than fitting the fuel trip device. You may need to use vodia to set it up.
