Fuel costs in Spain

Been a while since anyone posted on this thread and figured I'd report on my recent diesel purchase - Euro2.11 per litre at Marina Denia on 28th July. 20c discount no longer applicable for boats, unfortunately. Anyone got more recent data as feels like prices should be dropping as the weeks go by? We are back next week and will have to fill up again.....am hoping it might now be the right side of Euro2.00 !!!

I left the boat with an empty tank at the end of july in anticipation of lower prices when we go back out in a couple of weeks.

This site (Petrol stations in Palma de Mallorca, province Islas Baleares, Spain :: Fuelo.net ) says that petrol (presumably road petrol) is at 1.948 , and diesel at 1.96.

Hoping it drops further before we next go out.

Diesel for cars is about 1.89 in Mallorca. I called Clib Nautico Palma today to ask and for boats it is 1.96. In cala dor it is 2.09. I need 2500 litres so I will save e350 in Palma and I am going there anyway

Monaco yesterday was2.10 and Vaughan is 1.86 if you use the tanker according to my neighbour! Sounds good that but o am 90% full as we have such good weather we have pootled everywhere!

Where are you based now miles ?
Gouvia marina in Corfu - really working well for us, Jeremy. Lots of protected waterways, stunning anchorages, surprisingly good f+b and the Greeks are utterly charming. Plus it’s actually very inexpensive! In our fourth Ionian season atm and planning to explore Croatia a bit in 2023 - but will keep our Gouvia berth. Have had to get Greek residence to get around the 90/180 rules - all quite easy though. (Apols to kashurst for the thread drift!!!)

Apologies in advance to OP for thread drift: But Gouvia marina looks interesting - any idea what the annual berthing fees are for say a 13.5m x 4.2m Princess 45? It's great here in SCM, but we have been here over 14 years now, so perhaps time to consider a change.......:)

The Marina have stopped publishing their Mooring rates, for some reason or other, so you need to email them directly for a quote.
Also, you'll need to consider the Boat Tax (Tepai) and I think it's about 100e for a 45 footer per month.
