Fuel consumption Sea Ray 22 4.3L

I'm sure the answer to this will be "How long is a piece of string?" but could anyone give me a rough idea of the fuel consumption of a Sea Ray 22 with a 4.3 litre petrol engine? I'll be mainly river cruising - so about 4 mph - but also some coastal cruising - so about 20 mph (though I'm not sure of that cruising speed). Any pointers would be very gratefully received.

1gph on the river at 4 knots, 8gph at sea 25knots.

Yes, I would concur. I had a 3.6l Sea Ray 22ft cuddy, which used less than 1 gph on the rivers. probably 10-12 gph at WOT, and less when cruising.

I had a Sea Ray 220 DA that used 30 ltr per hr at cruise speed of 20 knots at 3200 to 3400 rpm. Flat out double the burn.

At river speeds 5 knot it will sip fuel, at 7-12 knots it will drink like hell.
