What would you hope to achieve, other than a slight reduction in your bank balance? As I understand it Hot Shot is claimed to dissolve ice and wax formations in diesel fuel, which can't be a major issue in Argyll at this time of year. I'm assuming that your two-stroke outboard isn't a diesel, but even if it were...
The only 'additive' a petrol stroker needs is oil...and maybe a good caning every so often.
