It seems the application forms are out, at least for the CA contingent. Is anyone here thinking about taking part? I know the OGA always put in a strong showing...

Speaking earlier today to the skipper of a yacht I've been crewing on, he mentioned doing the Thames Frostbite race if the boat's ready in time. Antifouling this Sunday so should be back in the water soon so I may well be taking part. Is there any info on the web on the race?

Thanks for that link. Plan is delivery trip from Medway on Good Friday assuming boat is ready. Today's antifouling session was cancelled due to weather - just as well, I had a rotten hangover!

Funny, that - I cancelled my planned sanding session because I had a rotten hangover. Good job too, as the icy Northerly we had yesterday would have made it most unpleasant...

So we went for a pub Roast instead, taking the opportunity to pop into the Prospect Of Whitby and inspect the starting area for the race!
