I connected my Isotherm compressor the day before yesterday, which I located under the sink on my Westerly Storm
As most things boaty it was awkward There is plenty of room for air circulation, just getting two hands and my shoulders through the door was tight.
Anyway after lots of grunting I did it, and heard no hissing as I tightened. My main worry was bending the evaporator plate. I did it around a 40ml diameter pipe but still managed to put a slight kink in some of the tubes.
All seems okay I ran it up for an hour on three quarter setting and it got down to minus 2. What pleased me even more was that some 2 hours later after turning it off the temperature was still down to 3.8.
