Hi,
Looking for advice please.
We have a 6.5m powerboat which was bought in France, is French registered and is moored in a French Marina.
We are British and use the boat when we visit France several times a year (in a normal year!).
Will I be able to keep the boat French registered post Brexit or will I have to change to UK registration?
I can find no guidance on ether RYA or any .gov.uk pages.

I have just written a long post with my views on this thread - post no 28
Berths Mediteranean

So, after reading my post, my view is that your boat is and will be an EU good.
As far as the boat is concerned, I don't think anything will change.
But as far as you visiting the EU, without a deal we will (officially) only be allowed inside Europe for 90 days in any 180 days.

Thank you Hurricane for post #28 and we are fully aware of the 90/180 rules.
I suspect nothing will be clear until BREXIT has been resolved, one way or another, but I also think that issues like this are likely to be "lost in the noise".
It would be good to find some guidance on .gov.uk or .gouv.fr
