French Port Blockage?

There has been some reports of channel ports (Granville etc.) are being blockaged (commercial traffic), has anyone heard of pleasure boats having the same treatment?

there was a report on here yeaterday that a few yachts were anchored outside cherb waiting entry to the marina. dinghy ashore was not even an option.
