Hi
I'm in the process of changing the flexible rubber gas hose which connects to the cooker on my Harmony 34 for a braided stainless covered one, as required by the MCA coding regs.
Does anyone know where I might be able to buy a suitable braided hose as the yacht is built in France, and seems to have threads which are not compatible with ones over here.

most of the marinas stock hoses with pipe stubs on them so you might have to get adaptors as no doubt the stubs are imperial.

Speak to Calor SOuthampton as they deal with boats and have all sorts of fittings in stock.

Thanks for all replies. The solution does indeed seem to be to change the copper pipe fittings to imperial. Apparently this problem affects many Continental yachts, incl. Bavarias, when compliance with British regs is required. So much for the EEC and common practices!
