Help. First time user. I'm trying to find out if anyone has taken a princess 430 down the canals to med? I have one and have lowered radar mast to clear 3.65m ? will I fit? Thanks for your help

Sorry but no! Max. air draught is 3.50 metres, and it is less on some routes, and can be less on certain routes subject to water levels.

No idea, but sometime in the last 2 years either MBY or MBM did a series of articles on canal trips through France to the Med. Bound to be in there..

Sorry but also tend to agree with The Bargee in that I think over 3.5 metres is too high - and that may be pushing it to the limits in Spring when the canal water levels are high.
Also, on some bridges I have seen the "Air Height = xx" indication is only good for a two metre wide gap in the centre of the bridge. This is OK if it is a mast you are trying to get through but if it is a wide bridge deck screen or similar then it is definitely "no-chance".
So when checking "air height" also check "width at maximum air height".
