That's Brandy Hole Yacht Club isn't it? On the south bank of the Crouch, right up at the top.

I mulled the idea over with SWMBO in the pub, but it's a fair way up and very tidal and I suspect we wouldn't get to do much sailing if we were running it

Is that on Pooles Lane ?, if so the price has been reduced to £750K but I'm not sure how active it actually is. The turnover would suggest not very, but if anyone knows more ....
