Free Greek ATMs

Does anyone know if all Greek banks now charge a fee for atm cash on non Greek debit cards. Last summer it was only Alpha Bank that were not charging but I think that they also do now.

I've been in Greece in mid March, and the only ATM not charging a fee I found was HSCB on Athens Airport. I have a bank in Euro zone, and I can make the cash retriavals in euro zone without the fee, but now almost every Greek bank is charging an aditional fee betwen 2 and 3 euros. Pireus and the National are the most exspensive with 3 euros, Alpha charges 2.5 euro.
