This one for arty photogenic quality, the framing the background even the level crossing in the foreground.
The subtle fact the hulls hidden ;)Hope that irony isn’t lost ?

This one ^ for basically the boat in its normal surroundings in normal use. I nearer Hugo’s draft ? .I left the sea on because I thought the beautiful colour etc.Shame to crop it off .After all it’s about the sea boating .

Finally this one below .

Firstly both interesting boats from a boaty pov .
Second due to recent geo political events you will never see them in the Med again together .
Thirdly .…..the phase “ Monaco a sunny place for shady people “ Although a low cloud hangs over the place on that occasion.

Another boat I love! Whilst staffing for a West Country MBM cruise, we were coming back off Portland. Was pretty lumpy and being on the rib…..I was getting a bit battered. There was a hardy commodore on the cruise….spotted him and tucked up in his wake. Never felt a ripple after that ???

I have a always liked Hardys and we are very pleased with her. They were built locally to us and for several years used our yacht club to moor their demo boat and many new boats went there for trials. Saw lots of 42s (excellent boats) and the 50s when they appeared - would love one of those if I had a commensurate bank account to run it! ?
