Fray Bentos pie meets Cobb Oven

Cold, wet, need comfort food?

Have to disagree.

It's just as easy to have something that is good for you as something that is bad. That includes fat and carbs as well. Marathon runners carb load but they don't do it with pies!

If you persist with this ridiculour point I shall sic Jamie Oliver on you.:D

Simples- a haggis!
If tinned, eat cold straight from tin, if real, steam if patient, if not, tip into frying pan, HEAT n EAT.
And it's MADE in Britian!!!
You know it's furring your arteries with every bite!:D

If seeking a more EU scran= Rosti's, which come in Swiss etc versions from knobby supermarkets like Waitrose, or Brutish versions with bacon, or egg or both, or onions from down market supermarkets like Tesco's or Sainsbury's

BUT Remember, the Nation that invented the deep fried Mars Bar in oatmeal batter knows something about cold and rain!
