Could any one tell me if Cherbourg port is open Im not sure Thank you All.
Going tomorow, if not I will make for St Vasst I like it there.

Yes it is, we were there last weekend and they had just a few fingers left to replace after the multihull event. Pontoons were messy though since they had cleaned the fingers of mussels, the seagulls then had a great time dropping them onto the pontoons to break them open, great mix of mussel shells and guano.

With luck they will have restocked the shelves since we left, have a good trip.

Moody owners (Solent) were going to Cherbourg for this weekend but have switched to St Vaast due to the closure for the racing event. If you do end up in S.V. then enjoy!!!

Iv got two vessels going tomorow a Twister (viveza) and a Catalina 28 (Felicity of Dartmouth), If we make for St Vasst we might have a pint (or two three four) Thanks.
