We have been happy users of a square-shaped 'boatiesfrypan' for a few years, and recently bought a new stainless steel lid for it. My over-enthusiastic tightening of the securing screw holding the knob on, resulted in a snapped fitting. E-mail to the company resulted in next-day supply of replacement part, at no cost. (No connection with the company, except as a satisfied customer).
