Well, 2 ways of doing it - gather consensus of available dates (probably not easy with this lot) or get list of everyone that wants to go, then just wait for first good weekend

Cherbourg dates

I've been planning to go on 5/6 July as first channel crossing for a while so if it can happen then that would be great for me
