But heres some tips
Dont give anyone your telephone number, it will be passed around.
Dont give anyone your email, it will be shared around and sent to dubious sources ( I am pleased to confirm there was no malicious intent from my recent forum issues)
Dont give your full name out as this too will be shared around.
Remove your name from your email account.
Better still make a new email up for use on this forum.
Dont send silly pms, what might seam funny to you might not be read as funny , we dont all share the same sense of humour and you may catch someone on a bad day.
Meeting forum members.........thats a difficult one, I have made some great friends but I would not want to introduce a psycho into my family which one prankster made me think I could have done, think about weird pms before you send them,
could they be taken the wrong way ?
is there any need to send it at all ?

You might think he has several forum IDs but you could well be wrong in assuming this which can be a bit spooky to the innocent person.
Cloning and ID theft, alright that was really funny to start with but happening at the same time as other issues it soon turned to concern.
Pretending to hate your mate on here might be a good laugh for the two of you but it encourages others to post nasty comments thinking it is acceptable and amusing.
And now the really funny bit, I have been accused of being GC1 by someone I thought was GC1 /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif
