Foredeck repair

Hi folks. I need a repair done on the foredeck of my fibreglass cruiser. There’s a small soft spot where there has been some water ingress via the winch control fittings. Luckily access is quite good from underneath for cutting out.

Does anyone know anybody or any firm that they would recommend for a Thames based repair?
