Normally cheapest to take the old ones round to you local diesel specialist and get them to knock up a pattern one.
Usually one on every larger trading estate in the universe.

The thing I would do before taking off the old ones is to take a photo.of the position of tha clamps that hold them together,

The standard internal dia was 1.75mm, but the racing huntsman that we looked after we're, I think 2.0mm.
So that's worth checking as well, Lancing Marine will know for sure.

At current the only info I have is "powered by two ford sabre turbos giving 540hp" did they make a 270 version?

Yes, with 7.5 cubic inches, apparently not a favoured option. Most are built on 5.9 cu inches up to 212 hp, 180 hp was the one to have.

Interesting, HTS still going well in historic races although now fitted with Perkins.

My real interest is the Huntress and Huntsman of course.
