At one of the stores depts at BAe Dunsfold there was a sign on the wall; " it's no good you pointing at it, the computer says we haven't got any ! ".

Reminds me of my last days at uni. On the day of announcement of results, they told a bunch of us we wouldn't be told our results and wouldn't be issued our degrees as we had outstanding library books. I had to go to the library and point out the book I apparently owed, which was sitting on the shelf. The lousy staff hadn't scanned it when I returned it.

I've always had good service from their shops too. Never really bought much online from them; I might as well go to the shop and save the postage.

I had wonderful service from Force 4, Swansea today. My Seago Vacuum pump failed to build up suction. It has only been used once and it is 1 year old. I returned the unit to the shop and they replaced it, no quibble. Can't fault their service.

Always found them to be a quick and helpful online. Yes, sometimes it's out of stock, but they sort it quickly and efficiently.

I have had different service from different branches. Shamrock quay seems to be the worst promising that an item would be available on a stated date and then letting me down. This has happened twice so I will not be using them again.
