What a good company, I needed at HH VHF programmed with my ATIS number. Spoke to them early last week, model would be in stock on by Friday. It had just arrived today all set up and ready to go. They did what they said they would do on time.
Good service.

Isn't it a sad indictment on service levels today that a firm that simply does what they said they would, and when they said they would is worthy of comment.

Surely this is exactly what we are paying them for. The same thing applies across all industries... we are pleasantly surprised when a contractor does exactly what he is contracted to do right first time! Why should this be?

Recently enjoying using F4 for the first time as they've arrived in Plymouth. I've been pleasantly surprised by the experience so far both on pricing and service levels. Well done them.

The great thing is they guarantee the same prices on line as in the store. They've always done the business for me except once, when a product went out of production and they forgot to tell me. Fortunately the replacement, when it's available will be cheaper than the original so in the end its a result.

I have had excellent service from the Chichester branch of Force 4 every time, they do go out of their way to help.

There you go I have not got the same review, there staff in my local one turn over so regularly and are each time becoming more short of experience..

I went in for new easyblock for bottom of main sheet tackle, they did not know what it was busy photo graphing it... I googled it whilst I was in there to get a price, guess what it was in there catalogue...

Force 4 are brilliant and I use the New Plymouth branch regularly . Cant "warm" to the manager though . Find his attitude a bit brusque .

I'm with Emsworthy (post #2) and have written as much in the past.
That said, a spot of positive reinforcement never did any harm, so thanks to Force4 for delivering the new VHF/AIS, next day, just as promised -- and it had to be to reach friends flying out here early on Wednesday.

I used the Swanwick (Force4 MegaStore) store plenty of times after we moved to the Hamble. Service was always good and friendly, though I found their prices were usually slightly more expensive than Marine SuperStore. Not always, but usually.
