(He was absolutely correct for March, April, May, June, July and August this year.)

Then go to Long Range Forecast

then go to L. R. Roeder (but his name is Wolfgang!)

Well, I didn't look at September just now, but I "read" it in July as "variable weeks but averaging out on the month as OK."

I think this came out fairly right. n'est ce pas?
