I've just read this in 'Runners World' so I assume it's correct.
"Follow a snack with some iced water, and don't be stingy with the ice cubes. Your body will burn 31 calories warming 1 litre of icy water to 37 degrees celcius"

Or drink 10litres a day and forget about the 3 mile run!

I,ve used this method for years,I will only drink cold lager or the later addition to the slimmers armoury ice cold Guinness,in spirits lots of ice.The more you drink the slimmer you get!
