I am replacing this because of a problem of separation between two of the upper foils
I am told that new foils are no longer available (at least not in Spain)
If you have this model of furler or fancy a project you might be be interested
It is well used gear and probably dates from 1988
Afaik the foil separation problem is confined to one joint - spring clips don't engage
Other joints seem ok but will have some wear
There is significant wear in the recess on top of the drum where the lwest foil fits - an epoxy repair has filled the gap
The tack swivel was replaced 10 years ago
Twin sail grooves
Presently assembled on 7mm forestay for Sadler 34 but easy to cut wire if not needed
