Absolutely mandatory I would have thought . Otherwise it might be construed as being duplicitous and Trade Descriptions and all that.

So link should probably say 'My P42 - For Sale' ... just for the avoidance of all doubt .

Unless anyone else has any alternative views of course .. all IMHO !

technically as far as i kno, you can only advertise things for sale up to the value of £200. However, it is ok to link to another site, i think, but good form to have a button on that site to come here. so, you can show the site but not say "my boat for sale" as well. imho. But then, peeps have done far worse...
