Any suggestions as to who sells these as the boat companies want blood money for something decent, want something that does not look like it has come from a garden centre

Search ebay I got one that I saw at the boat show for £220 for £35 on eBay it was exactly the same

A woodworking shop will turn you one for pennies. Look in facebook and similar for one near you. I used Glipso Wood Working who are near me and was more than pleased with cost and work. Here are some examples of his work

He is in North Wales but as above, look around locally. These things are easy to make for a wood worker so all should be capable of knocking up something beautiful
