Just bought one of the aluminium fold flat sack carts-Roadster 50 kg capacity-aprox.£20 including delivery on e bay.
Well made and well thought out and to be reccomended.
Mine is to shift luggage but think another one for the boat for moving fuel containers;shopping;anchors etc will not come amiss.

I've had one aboard for years. Not used all that often but invaluable when we need it. Doesn't take up much space when folded, stored right aft in the stern locker where it is well out of the way.

The most bizzarre use for it was taking my daughter to the doctor when she damaged her knee!

Funnily enough I had a job interview in which I had to sell one of these! (I didn't get the job) Although the max weight quoted was 45kg, I suggested that on anything but a smooth floor 20kg is nearer the mark, but the wheels are a reasonable size to cope with and unmade car park. I've used one with castor sized wheels and they're hopeless on even a town pavement. Only downside on a boat is that I would expect to have to spray it with WD40 on a regular basis to stop it corroding.

Rob.
