Bought a sadler 25 a while back. Came with a 13x8 folding prop. After fitting 2gm20(original 1gm10 unsaveable)found it was under propped. Can't find a 2nd hand folding prop thats RH. Been racing with a solid 3blade and getting hammered. Just wondering if anyone knows of one laying about somewhere that could be purchased at reasonable price. Perfect would been 14x12 for 1inch shaft

What make of propeller is it? Quite normal to just change the blades, typically half the price of a complete prop.

Might be interested in your 13x8 if you want to move it on, I have a 7/8in shaft though and will have to see if there’s a way around it.

No way round that. You can enlarge a diameter but not reduce. New coupling shaft, seal and careful boring out the P bracket - although the latter is a bit spindly already!

As said by Tranona, getting new blades may be the way to go. I faced this in 2018 when my Volvo 2003 took to pumping all its oil into the bilge. Yes, I could have renewed the crankshaft seal but I'm a bit past the age where I could have done it myself and the cost of a new engine was not much more than the cost of the Volvo agent doing the seal. All the replacement engines seem to have gearboxes that rotate the other way. So I had to get two new right hand blades. If I remember correctly they were £400. EACH!!!
All you need to know to start the process is the make of the prop.
