Given the relative cost of the antifoul and a cheap roller tray, long handle and a packet of half a dozen 4" foam rollers - I always buy a set when I buy the antifoul. Use them, then bin them - no point in cleaning them.

The results are good and pretty quick - with the boat on hard standing I can normally get two coats onto Aeolus in a day without a problem, and tend to carry on round doing leading edges and the like to finish up.

I couldn't think of a easyier way to do this myself .. unless I could afford to pay somebody else to do it /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Hi Jeff,

I do exactly the same thing, cost me 20 quid to get all my bits (mini long roller with 5 x rollers, tray, masking tape etc.) from B&Q for a 29ft boat.

I hate cleaning brushes and trays.
