FNMOC Probability charts

The security certificate root issuer is a US military one that doesn't seem to be trusted by default by modern Chrome (didn't have time to try anything else) - and all browsers have got more annoying about trying to block things that don't meet their security criteria. Working through that, I eventually got to a message that said

Fleet Numerical Meteorology and Oceanography Center​

FNMOC WILL BE CHANGING OUT THE PUBLIC WEBSERVER INFRASTRUCTURE. WHEN THE NEW HARDWARE IS IN PLACE AND CONFIGURED THIS WEBPAGE WILL RETURN TO SERVICE. THERE IS CURRENTLY NO ETR AS TO WHEN THE PUBLIC WEBSERVER WILL RETURN.​

Thank you both. I am updating the CA almanac and had this in the current edition. There was always a problem with FNMOC. I may leave it in with a caveat. The NOAA Ocean Prediction Center has probability links that are easy to use. Those on the ECMWF Chart catalogue are not always clear but are likely to improve.
