There is noting particularly wrong with the fly screens, but they are a little crazed in places.

I asked CKP acrylics for a price. They cant quote as they are tied to Fairline.

The price ( after 3 weeks!) came back today.

36350 fwd set £1808.40
36351 rear set £4118.80

Plus delivery and VAT

I am not sure what makes the forward and the back, but they are mostly ( not all) flat panels but a price inc vat of £7111 + delivery is frankly bemusing given Perspex is not expensive.

Come panels are curved and I appreciate this will have a cost.

Has anyone had new fly panels made up?

I would ( I assume) remove them next winter, ship them to the UK and get copies made. I could easily template the flat panels next time i am down and get new ones made up for this year. I will also look critically as what is good and what is poor ( from memory the flat panels are the worst).

If anyone knows a supplier I would appreciate it.

I have used a perspex company before but I wondered if anyone has specific flybridge panels "expertise"!

These guys made my curved fly screens. SImple not complex curves and smaller than yours, even so was £,00s not £,000s
